At DCS CIC, we offer an array of Employment Support, including:
- Community Projects – Cyber Security Awareness Training
- Linking people with employers
- Mentoring and coaching young people
- Mentoring and coaching parents or 50+s returning to work
- Mentoring and Coaching Start-Ups and Executives
- Providing IAG for individuals moving from unemployment to employment
- Working with community groups to source paid or voluntary employment opportunities
We currently provide CPD and career coaching to clients who have attended training courses by offering one-to-one mentoring and employment support to aid them into employment or further education.
