This practical programme is designed to help Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations become procurement-ready.Across 12 hours of expert-led workshops, you’ll learn how to prepare your organisation, write stronger bids, manage budgets, and deliver contracts with confidence.
